6、 Construction process of fluorocarbon paint:

1. Sand blasting or manual derusting of Sa2.5 or St3 on the surface of the coating, mix the fluorocarbon paint according to the specified proportion and put it evenly for 10 minutes before use. The paint should be diluted with special thinner, which can be sprayed and brushed, and the construction tools should be dry and dry.

2. Avoid construction in hot, windy and rainy days. The prepared paint should be used up within 8 hours to avoid gelatinization waste. The remaining paint should be tightly covered and stored in a cool and dry place.

3. The interval between each coat of paint shall be more than 24h, and the last coat of finish paint shall be maintained for 7-15 days.

7、 Safety measures for fluorocarbon paint construction:

1. The construction site shall be well ventilated, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

2. The construction personnel shall carry out the construction according to the construction standards to avoid contact between skin and eyes. If the paint comes into contact with the skin or eyes, wash it with clean water and seek medical advice in time.
