2、 Construction tools

1. Scaffold: The scaffold must be 30-40 cm away from the painted wall. There should be no horizontal water bar against the wall, and there should be no scaffold eye on the wall. It is advisable to use hanging railings and bridge erection, and pay attention to keep proper construction distance during the construction of bamboo scaffold.

2. The air compressor with a power of more than 5KW, sufficient air volume and a pressure of 0.5-1.0 MPa is equipped with three gas pipes, which can meet the requirements of more than three people working at the same time and can automatically control the pressure.

3. Spray gun: the upper pot spray gun has a capacity of 500ml and a diameter of more than 1.3mm. The capacity should not be too large, the operation is inconvenient, and the diameter is small, so the construction speed is slow, and the large area construction is not suitable.

4. Various diameter nozzles: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, etc. The smaller the diameter is, the smoother and more uniform the spraying is. The larger the diameter is, the larger the spot is, and the stronger the concavity and concavity is.

5. A set of airless spray gun.

3、 Construction specifications

1. Apply sealing primer: spray (brush or roll), evenly and thinly spray with an airless spray gun, the construction temperature is above 10 ℃, and the spraying amount is 0.2-0.3Kg/m2.

2. Spray the middle layer of real stone paint: adopt the spray method, the spray pressure is 0.5-1.0mPa/cm2, select the appropriate nozzle according to the requirements of the template, the construction temperature is above 10 ℃, the thickness is 1-2mm, apply two coats, the interval is two hours, dry for 24 hours, and then polish. The spray gun shall be perpendicular to the surface to be sprayed, with a distance of about 60 cm. During the construction of internal and external corners, special attention should be paid to not spray thick at one time, and the thin spray multi-layer method should be adopted, that is, the surface should be re-sprayed after drying, the spray gun distance is 80 cm, the movement speed is fast, and the internal and external corners can not be sprayed vertically, only scattering can be used, that is, spray two surfaces, and the edge of the fog flower should be swept into the internal and external corners. The spraying amount is 3-5 Kg/m2.

3. Polishing: use 400-600 mesh abrasive paper to gently smooth the raised sand and sharp corners on the surface of the real stone paint. Do not use excessive force.

4. Topcoat spraying: spray (brush coating and roller coating can be used), evenly and thinly spray once with airless spray gun, the construction temperature shall not be lower than 10 ℃, and it takes 10 days to completely dry, and the spraying amount is 0.2-0.3Kg/m2.

4、 Construction process of different color real stone paint

1. The white and light-colored real stone paint construction wall shall be scraped with white cement first, which shall be flat and free of obvious batch marks; Or directly brush the colored liquid primer, and then spray the middle layer and surface layer as required;

2. The construction primer of dark stone paint shall be sprayed according to the regulations. During the construction of the middle layer, only one thin layer shall be sprayed, and the thickness shall be controlled within 1-2 mm, and then the top coat shall be applied.
